Instrument Classification Reference
Court & administrative judgments are processed under NYS CPLR §§5001 & 5004 and applicable UCC, Banking Title 12, and OCC regulations.
Sight drafts are prepared with proper banker's acceptance language on both sides per UCC Article 3 requirements.
